Responsibilities:

The position requires detail-oriented Operations/Sales Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative and support to a team of managers and contribute to the success of the New York office.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting Program & Sales Managers
-
Coordinating, implementing program elements and scheduling
-
Strong verbal and superior written communication skills
-
Managing related files, databases and policies
-
Answering phones and handling incoming mail
-
Work with local hotels, venue’s and restaurants securing dates/rates
-
Assisting with event planning and completing special projects
-
Support National Sales Manager, assisting with the sales and marketing efforts
-
Data entry and management of company wide database
-
Providing general office support
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines independently
Qualifications:

Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills.

Candidates must be able to manage time efficiently, illustrate attention to detail, accuracy and organization. Must be team oriented, interested in working in a growing and dynamic office and possess professional demeanor.

College degree required. Two (2) years of administrative experience are required. Will consider a recent college graduate or a Veteran.

Candidates must exhibit advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
