Texas Size It!

They say everything’s bigger and better in Texas. This oversized teambuilding event proves just that. Guests form teams and participate life size Human Foosball, Human Bowling, Bigfoot Racing, Texas Volleyball and much, much more. Games may be customized to be physically, mentally and analytically challenging relays or races against time. And you’ll have plenty of laughs to boot!

The Speedway Experience and Pit Stop Challenge

Consider yourself a lead foot on the highway? Find out what speed really means by getting behind the wheel of an authentic stock car at the legendary Texas Motor Speedway.

You’ll attend a one hour training program at the Team Texas High Performance Driving School where you’ll learn proper track entry and exit and groove. Then you’ll take the wheel of a Nextel Cup Race Car or Super Truck with an instructor and race your competitors for ten complete laps at speeds of up 150mph.

After the big race, Team members try and beat the clock as they engage in a fully simulated pit stop experience and then head to the winner’s circle for the official awards ceremony. !

Polo on the Range

Ever wondered what is was like to play the game of the rich and famous? You’ll feel like a king or queen when you and your colleagues learn the basics of the beautiful sport of polo at the Dallas Polo Club’s Polo School. It’s not as hard as it looks. Participants will learn the mechanics of riding the horse, hitting the ball and “the line” – mechanics modeled after moves in hockey, soccer, rugby and baseball. And yes you’ll get to wear the gear and capture the experience in photographs. After a day of competition, the patio awaits with plenty of scrumptious hors d’ouerves and libations. And by the way, don’t forget to stomp the divots

Dive Into Dallas World Aquarium

Dive into an undersea world of beauty and mystery at the enchanting Dallas World Aquarium. This unique venue provides guests an opportunity to experience the beautiful artistry of nature amidst unique marine and animal life. The Aquarium also showcases a spectacular rainforest of plants and animals found indigenous to the Orinoco river basin in Venezuela. Bull sharks, hummingbirds, rattlesnakes, Jabiru storks, flamingos, sea turtles, beaded lizards and countless other animals endemic to the Mayan culture inhabit the Aquarium’s newest exhibit – Mundo Maya. Throughout the exhibit areas guests enjoy a multitude of culinary delights and libations while absorbing the sounds of a spirited Latin guitar duo in Mundo Maya and a jazz trio in the African Room. From soft-billed toucans to the playful actions of rare squirrel monkeys, the Dallas World Aquarium residents charm your guests in an amazing world of spectacular natural beauty.

A Night at Circle R Ranch

Howdy, partner! Pull on your boots and get ready to kick up your heels for an evening of real Texas fun at Circle R Ranch. Your destination is an authentic 60-acre ranch nestled among rolling hills and green pastures in the North Texas countryside The Wild West experience begins the moment guests enter the front gates.

Western Long Riders and costumed saloon girls greet arriving guests with a “shotgun salute” into the Western Pavilion. With its expansive views of the entire ranch, The Pavilion becomes the hub of entertainment and frivolity. Grab a cold drink and hop aboard a horse-drawn hay wagon for a leisurely ride through the countryside, or mosey on down to the barn and saddle-up on a horseback trail ride beneath the Texas night sky. On the West Patio, guests try their hand in a quick-draw “shootout” contest against outlaw gunfighters, learn to rope a calf aboard a “rollo-roper”, or just relax and pitch horseshoes.

All this western fun will work up a Texas-sized appetite, so we’ll ring the dinner bell signaling the serving of Circle R's famous Texas smoked brisket and sausage. Everything is prepared at the ranch with portions as big as the Lone Star State. Later in the evening, a Country and Western band has guests dancing the night away to line dances like the “Texas Two-Step,” “Cotton-Eyed Joe” and “cowboy Four-Wall Freeze” And a Night at the Ranch wouldn’t be complete without the “Rodeo Grande,” a hair raising spectacle of bull riding, bronc riding, barrel racing, rodeo clowns and other western interactive events.

A Taste of Texas

All aboard for a whirlwind excursion through the Lone Star state. This journey showcases four distinct regions and cities of our vast and magnificent state, each with a rich and colorful heritage. Oil derricks, western tack, rustic fencing and stylized cactus are just a few of the iconic Texas images guests will see along the way.

Our first stop - Texas Hill Country, where the German influence combines spicy sausage and wurst with big pales of German ale. As we continue our journey a brilliant kaleidoscope of color splashes the Alamo. Strolling mariachis sing as guests feast on flavorful Tex-Mex cuisine. Mexican pottery, sombreros, serapes and more highlight the authentically recreated fiesta marketplace.

Travel south to the coastal region of Galveston, Corpus Christi and the Texas Gulf Coast. Fishing, swimming, and enjoying the beach are a way of life in this Texas resort area. Feast on succulent shrimp, crab and other tasty sea delights.

Glitz, glitter and glamour make Dallas the most sophisticated city in the southwest. Of course trendy black accented with glittering diamonds are the theme here. A mirrored saddle, cowboy hat and boots top the buffet with glitz and reflect the over-the-top Dallas lifestyle. You may hear some southwestern fare, young country music and even some good old-fashioned rock ‘n roll from a one of Dallas’s legendary bands.

The rough and ready Old West comes to mind with a visit to Dallas’ neighbor, Fort Worth. Here you’ll find the best BBQ in Texas. Notorious outlaws may be lurking in this area and challenge guests a quick draw contest – just to see who really is the “best in the west.” Black oil derricks and split rail fence, Western tack and whiskey barrels mark the area. In front of the old Livery Stable, guests take photos seated atop a real Texas Longhorn for a souvenir of the trip through the Lone Star State.

Dallas blooms year-round at the magnificent Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. Guests explore the natural beauty of some of the most magnificent gardens in the nation. Located on the shores of White Rock Lake, the gardens offer a relaxing escape from city life in which visitors enjoy intriguing sculptures, sparkling fountains and two historic mansions all set among a visual banquet of nature’s wonders. After a guided tour of the gardens, guests enjoy some leisure time to locate their favorite quiet spot and absorb the magnificence of the surroundings. With a view of both the lush lawns and White Rock Lake, the Camp House provides the perfect setting in which to enjoy a scrumptious lunch before returning to the hotel.

Design, Style, Food & Fashion

Come along as we showcase the best Dallas has to offer in style, fashion and food. The adventure begins with a behind the scenes tour of The Del Saxon Gallery. Located within The Decorative Center Dallas, this gallery is typically reserved exclusively for design professionals. The Saxon collection includes a magnificent variety of unique design pieces from over fifty countries and dating as far back as 400 BC. Mr. Saxon’s vast knowledge of antiquities and experiences traveling the globe, combined with his charming demeanor and colorful commentary truly delight guests. We continue the adventure with a stop for lunch at Ziziki’s, an upscale Greek eatery and a Dallas favorite for over fifteen years.

After a truly international meal, guests travel the rolling green belt along Turtle Creek past the magnificent homes and mansions of Dallas’ elite into the center of Dallas’ most prestigious neighborhood - Highland Park Village. Built in 1931 in the style of a traditional Spanish Plaza, The Village is the first open air-shopping center in America. Encompassing ten acres of brick walkways, lush landscaped gardens and fountains, The Village’s timeless Spanish Mediterranean architecture houses internationally renowned designers such as Chanel, Christian Dior, Hermes and Escada and many other local favorites. Guests are sure to finish the tour with a few extra treasures in tow.

A Cowboy in the Kitchen!

Looking to enhance your culinary skills and bring out the cowboy and cowgirl in your guests? If so, then this interactive and delicious western experience is tailored just for you. We’ve reserved one of the most sought after chefs in the country to delight your palate – Chef Grady Spears. Founder of the Reata restaurants in in Fort Worth, Texas and Beverly Hills, California, Chef Spears sets the culinary world on fire with his twists on some of America’s favorite foods.

Taking the basic, authentic recipes that cowboys have been cooking up for over a century, Chef Spears adds his own inspiration and quirky ingredients to create dishes so good you’ll want to throw down your hat and holler. Like his bock-battered quail or buttermilk pecan biscuit pudding with Southern Comfort cream. A dish that may have begun life as a simple stew or steak, transforms into a show stopper with some simple innovations. And while he’s cooking, Chef Spears will dish up some tasty helpings of cowboy folklore and share his experiences as a former cowhand and cattle, broker, experiences that profoundly affected his unique style of cooking.
