Sloane Scott
Interim Regional Vice President, Mid-South
Meet the team ready to imagine and deliver what’s possible.
Interim Regional Vice President, Mid-South
Sloane Scott doesn't just show up to the show floor — she helped build it. She started in hospitality, turning around celebrity-backed restaurants and nightclubs in Chicago, L.A., Vegas, and Nashville by the time she was 18. Managing high-volume teams in high-stakes environments taught her early that unreasonable hospitality — making people feel genuinely seen — isn't a nice-to-have. It's the standard.
That conviction followed her into every room she's walked into since. As one of the early employees at a music-tech startup later sold to Ticketmaster, she built a boutique sponsorship, licensing, and endorsement practice from scratch, then spun it off and walked through the door at George P. Johnson with $5.8M. She co-founded G7 Entertainment Group, where she led teams building digital experience programs for Fortune 100 brands like Pepsi and Cisco — back when hybrid events were still a foreign concept.
Her time with GPJ and Freeman gave her a master class in what it takes to execute at scale: cross-functional teams, demanding clients, and no margin for error. She brought that same operating discipline to the PE and VC-backed world, where she's since guided 31 companies to exits and 3 to IPOs.
Today, Sloane advises founder-led companies on growth strategy, brand positioning, and exit preparation. A three-time cancer survivor who started her first business at 13, she's spent her career building things worth buying — and helping others do the same.

Originally from Cincinnati, followed by college at University of South Florida, Nathan Reiser took his talents to South Beach where he called Miami home for 20 years before relocating to Atlanta. During his time he has had the unique opportunity to plan events initially in the nonprofit world followed by 10 years producing fashion shows, celebrity appearances, cooking demonstrations and more for Macy’s, the Nation’s largest retailer. It was here he had the pleasure of producing events for everyone from Martha Stewart to Nick Jonas (and even walking in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade)! Planning these various events allowed Nathan to further explore his love for creating memorable moments for guests.
